- A return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Return Process
Step 1: Request a Return

- Provide your order number, product details, and the reason for return.
Step 2: Approval & Return Authorization
- Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return shipping instructions.
- Returns without a valid RAN will not be accepted.
Step 3: Shipping the Product
- Securely pack the product with all original accessories and documents.
- Ship the product to the return address provided in the return authorization email.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an incorrect item received.
Step 4: Inspection & Refund
- Upon receiving the returned product, our quality control team will inspect it.
- If the return is approved, a refund or replacement will be processed within 7-10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (bank account, credit card, UPI, etc.).
