Return Process

Step 1: Request a Return

Step 2: Approval & Return Authorization

  • Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return shipping instructions.
  • Returns without a valid RAN will not be accepted.

 

Step 3: Shipping the Product

  • Securely pack the product with all original accessories and documents.
  • Ship the product to the return address provided in the return authorization email.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an incorrect item received.

 

Step 4: Inspection & Refund

  • Upon receiving the returned product, our quality control team will inspect it.
  • If the return is approved, a refund or replacement will be processed within 7-10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (bank account, credit card, UPI, etc.).
